Refund policy

Chefings Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

If Chefings is not the right fit for your kitchen, request a return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product purchase price. Items must be clean, like-new and free of heavy wear, stains or abuse. You may gently test the product to evaluate its suitability, but heavily used or altered items do not qualify for a change-of-mind return.

Defects, Damage or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly if an item arrives defective, damaged in transit or incorrect. For verified defects, damage or fulfillment errors, Chefings covers return shipping and offers a replacement or full refund.

How to Return

1. Email support@chefings.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will respond with instructions within one business day. Wait for the return instructions and address before shipping.
3. Pack the item securely in protective packaging.
4. After inspection, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We may deny a change-of-mind refund if an item is returned damaged or heavily soiled. This does not affect your rights concerning defective or misdescribed goods.

Return Shipping

Chefings pays return shipping for verified defects, transit damage or incorrect items. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Shipping and Processing Fees

Standard shipping is complimentary, so there is no original standard shipping charge to refund. An optional Priority Processing fee is non-refundable after dispatch, when the service has been provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellations

Email us immediately to request cancellation. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. After dispatch, receive the package and follow the return process.

The 30-day window applies to our voluntary change-of-mind returns. Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies under applicable consumer law.
