Chefings Shipping Policy

Complimentary Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to destinations available at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within two business days. If optional Priority Processing is offered and selected at checkout, it accelerates handling before dispatch; it does not shorten the courier transit time.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, weather and peak shipping periods may cause delays. Tracking information is emailed upon dispatch.

Import Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes based on the destination and shipping origin. Unless collected at checkout or stated otherwise, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Corrections

Check your shipping address before ordering. If you find an error, email support@chefings.com within 12 hours with your order number and corrected address. We can update an address before dispatch. Once handed to the courier, we cannot guarantee a change or redirection.
